## 👨‍🏭 WELDERS REQUIRED – Blyth – High Rates (Days & Nights)

**5th Element Recruitment** is looking for skilled **FCAW Welders** for a specific project timeline in **Blyth**. This is a great opportunity for local tradespeople to pick up high-rate shifts with potential follow-on work.

### **🗓️ The Schedule:**
* **Block 1:** 7th April – 10th April
* **Block 2:** 18th April – 25th April
* **Bridge Work:** Potential to work in the **Fab Shop** in the dates between blocks.

### **💰 Pay Rates (Paid CIS):**
**Day Shift:**
* Weekdays: **£30.00 per hour**
* Weekends: **£35.00 per hour**

**Night Shift:**
* Weekdays: **£35.00 per hour**
* Weekends: **£40.00 per hour**

### **📜 Requirements:**
* **Certs:** Must have in-date **FCAW 9606-1** codings.
* **Location:** Ideally suited for **local labour** as no accommodation or travel is provided.
* **Experience:** Heavy fabrication/marine experience is a plus.
